Whenever I move the story back to Yithro and Shog’s dimension, I wonder what a newcomer to the strip must think.
But it’s all good, I still had a blast drawing the Hound of Tindalos poised to high-appendage Yithro.

Is the Hound greeting Yithro (High-5) or Shog (by name)? Or both?
Love how he came out of a corner of the panel. And speaks in cornered balloons.
I figured this might be confusing, but it is analogous to humans calling each other “dog.” You know, higher dimensional slang.
Confusing if one character is named “dog”. Perhaps ” ‘sup shogs”?

Yeah, “shogs” would work better. Thanks for the suggestion! Maybe I’ll Lucas up a new version of the comic with that change.

Aha! I thought it was a while since we saw Yithro and Shog. Not that time has as much relevance in their dimension, but it’s good to see Yithro takes his (?) studies as seriously as Winston does his own.
I love Yithro and Shog, but it’s starting to be a real problem that they have free access to time and I don’t. I’m shoehorning some rules into this world that keep them from seeing and knowing everything (thanks, cats!) but I have a feeling they are totally going to expose some plot holes at some point…
