Miskatonic U

Starting a new chapter keeps tripping me up, and this one is worse than most. A new character is coming up soon, and I think I missed a chance to introduce him earlier. One of the pitfalls of write-as-you-go, I suppose.

The good news is I did a little research on the study of psychology before Freud became super-popular, and it led me into a cul-de-sac where I discovered a very interesting text that is totally in the Miskatonic library now. Sometimes that extra bit of research pays off!

Sorry to be vague… but now that I figured out how to start this chapter I want to let it unfold at a natural pace. Take that, binge-watch culture!
