You’ve both nailed it. No matter how finely we slice and dice the human experience, none of us get it 100%–not even about ourselves, let alone any other human-type person thing.
And yes, Eddi, that would be the best way to handle it. Not that I’m betting that Yithro will be so tactful–unless somehow Ernest manages to gain the upper, erm, hand.
