I was probably better off not drawing this elaborate background. Winston would probably read better without all that detail behind him.

There’s still hope, Winston. Remember, “Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.” Which reminds me, where in all the dream worlds is Rankin? Not to mention Yithro and Shog? Er, well, Shog may be part of the problem if he/she/it is tied to the rogue Shoggoth. Plus one would hope that some of the professors have sufficient experience to join the fight.

I think the background is fantastic.

Also, nice summary of every CoC campaign ever in that last panel.
