It took a long time to set this one up in a way that’s organic to the plot and characters, but this is exactly the kind of joke that inspired me to do Lovecraft on a college campus in the first place.

Judging by his comments on the last few strips, even the writer is somewhat confused by what’s possessing them.

Well, I know exactly what’s happening and where it’s going, but it’s likely my coyness about it is just coming off as confusing. Things will clear up when I introduce some rather forbidden book-reading to the strip, but for now embrace the disorientation as a critical stage of indoctrination into insanity!

What’s really confusing me is why WordPress keeps locking up and losing formatting etc. I’m not a huge computer genius, so the only trick in my bag for fixing it is emptying caches.
