Femme Fatalist
I think I secretly let Lilliana make this choice because who has time to draw two people running madly to avoid falling rubble?
As exciting as that may have been.
Plus I’m super pleased with the title “Femme Fatalist!”
I’m beginning to think of how this would all work as a book. Would I keep the strip titles in there somehow or just organize strips by chapter and let the story flow a little more organically? I’m leaning towards the latter, but it’s a shame to lose these titles.
Maybe I’ll have an index or appendix? That’s very bookish and Miskatonicky.
What do you think, loyal readers? What would you like to see in a book version?
I quite enjoy your style!Preserving the four panel titles would be a definitive boon for a book format!
Also, I am dreadfully curious about Lili’s background. Sane and knowledgeable about the Old Ways? Most intriguing!
Please keep the strip titles. They are an integral part of the story.
Both Liliana and Winston are really showing the ultimate grace under pressure here.
1) While I appreciate a presentation that lets the story flow, I also appreciate the individual titles. Perhaps there’s a way to print the titles in a smaller font that won’t impede the flow. 2) Every time I think I can’t admire Lilliana (and Winston) more than I so, you proved me wrong. And 3) yes, I am the person whom Renee mentioned when she shared my post of this segment (with kudos) on my FB page.
Thank you for being such an avid reader and commenter, and saying such nice things about the comic! It’s nice to know that writing something I would enjoy reading is appealing to others as well. I guess Lovecraft’s appeal is broadening every day, but this still feels PRETTY niche!
