Maybe the first couple times. My players could usually streamline things and I made generous use of handouts. Stan would draw the symbols so nobody got left out. Although I would penalize them later because the ink used contained goat blood and so they missed a clue.
A friend of mine was in a game that got to the point where they would just say “I search for the handout”.
We need a way to +1 these comments.
