And so it begins…
I had to try drawing a Yith dimensional viewing machine about 3 times, each time making it way too complicated. Yes, even more complicated than it appears here. Then I remembered I could sketch on a completely separate sheet of paper what I wanted to have before drawing it into a comic.
I’m rusty y’all, is what I’m saying.
I like the little Ikea-looking manual dude with the question mark. That was a last-second detail.
Wow, these drawings are amazing. Seriously. That contraption is so cool looking, and Yithro’s facial expressions are great!

It is! For a pretty bad reason… I reread “The Shadow Out of Time” since writing volume 1 and the account of the Yith mind-transferring machine struck me as something I should have used before. Oh well, now that was apparently facilitated by the shoggoth’s presence!
