Why wouldn’t the Multiversity take action, if they have been using this shuggoth as a Human Studies Lab. Whom is the Janitor, Hustur, maybe?
It would be like someone accidentally tossing out an ant farm or an old Petri dish. Plenty more where that came from. Whoever was using it might be upset but it is nothing major. Just find another gap and shove in a shoggoth.
