As we all know, physical bodies are trickier than they look.
As we all know, physical bodies are trickier than they look.
I know! Once I forgot to beat the heart, and that lead to all kinds of trouble. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a visit to Fourier space, but still annoying.
I have an ongoing RPG campaign in which, among other things, the mad scientist has created young AIs. One of these was terribly arrogant and dismissive of human intelligence. Until the first time he inhabited a robot body and realized how much we process on a second-by-second basis just to be able to move around.
I figure demonic possession must be the same. Demons want a body SOO BAD, until they try one on and they can’t even keep the head facing forward or food down.
Definitely. I mean, look at how long it takes humans to go from “sleep, eat, poop” to “ride a bicycle and talk at the same time”. We take a LOT of physical prowess for granted.
