I think Dad just tipped us a big clue. Marshes and marches are a major feature of Innsmouth. Kingsport’s rival for nautical oddities.
“Marshes and marshes…” I’m paying the price of prophecy now. My fingers are starting to get too flexible, almost boneless.
I like “marshes and marches” though. I think marches were still very popular in this time period. 🙂
